Mobile app ordered from the parking lot and my cappuccino was ready and waiting. Love using the app! Nice clean store with attentive staff.

I'm a fan of the Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Foam. The staff are always polite and helpful.

I consistently travel the US and frequent Starbucks throughout. The S. Burlington Starbucks stands out for their recent response regarding law enforcement and/or military discounts. In the past year, this Starbucks might be the only one that does not offer any form of military/LE discount, which isn't the issue. When asking if they offer any soft of discount, the cashier responded confused. I repeated the question, which he they had to ask his manager. While asking her, the cashier repeated my question and asked a third time what my affiliation was/is. I'm not entirely convinced the cashier even knew what the military is, let alone the fact an active air base is down the street. Regardless, the conclusion of "no we don't" was given and seemed cold. The cashier then began voicing his concern for the faucet in the bathroom, stating his concern with the amount of water coming out of the valve and isn't environmental. Anyways, not impressed with this place and far below the baseline throughout the US for attentiveness and social interaction.
